You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard at Settings > Billing, or by emailing [email protected] from your account email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain full access until then.

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial upgrade — no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are not available except as required by applicable law.

Usage beyond your monthly quotas (2500 SMS / 2000 call minutes / 25,000 emails) is billed at standard rates listed in our Terms of Use.
